COVID-19 Policies & Procedures

We apologize during this time we are NOT permitting any accompanying guests/friends/family on your visit unless you are a post-accident/post-operation/handicap client who needs assistance. Hence we are keeping our waiting area closed, clients must stay in their vehicles and call the office number once they arrive to be allowed entrance. This will help maximize your health and safety while minimizing your exposure to others. Please note this is a Government-Mandated, mandatory protocol that we ALL have to implement.

 

2-3 days prior to your appointment, we will email you a COVID-19 Informed Consent Agreement to sign and verify your health and consent to the risks of exposure from being present in our medical spa. Please bring a completed copy of these forms at the time of your appointment.

 

New clients must print, fill out, and bring the following forms (Personal Health History, Treatment Consent) to the clinic at the time of your appointment. These forms will email to you 2-3 days prior to your appointment.

NOTE: This only applies to the NEW client.

We will be taking your temperature to ensure you have no fever upon arrival. Upon entry, we will have to give you a squirt of hand sanitizer and collect your paperwork and then bring you to the treatment room. 

 

Please note, for the entire of  the safety of yourself and others, we will under no circumstances treat you if you present with or have had any of these symptoms in the past 14 days:

 

Fever (temperature of 37.8 ºC or greater

New Onset or Worsening Cough

Sore Throat

Shortness of Breath (dyspnea)

Difficulty Breathing or Swallowing

New Olfactory or Taste Disorders

Flu-like symptoms (muscle aches and pains)

Headaches

Runny Nose and Nasal Congestion

Nausea/Vomiting, Diarrhea, Abdominal Pain

All travelers arriving from other countries or regions with widespread ongoing transmission, as outlined by Ontario's Public Health guidelines, should stay home for 14 days to practice social distancing and monitor their health after their arrival.

Clients should wear a mask for all services, with the exception of facial treatments. 

Face shield, mask, gloves, and gown will be worn by medical aesthetician/practitioner/therapist

when performing treatments. 

All product testers are NOT available to clients in our retail area.

If you need to purchase our skincare products, please wait for assistance.

Also, our bathroom is closed to clients. Please use a bathroom before arriving at your appointment.

If you have come with your vehicle, leave your jacket and belongings in your vehicle.

EXCEPT: Completed paperwork, cell phone, method of payment (Credit Cards/ Debit/ Cash)

There will be a  $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment .

This deposit will be used toward your treatment.

 Due to the extreme shortages of personal protective equipment world-wide, resulting in a much higher cost. There will be a $7 + HST surcharge per appointment for personal protective equipment to be provided to the client and service provider for keeping our clients and staff safe. Personal Protective Equipment is including hand sanitizer, face mask, face shield, gloves, isolation gown, shoe covers.
