Policies & Procedures


Booking in advance is highly preferred. This will allow us to reserve time for you and necessary preparations required for your appointment.

All clients must read and adhere to pre & post care instructions. No treatment will be provided if failure to stop use of listed products at recommended amount of days.

For any booking inquiries, please email at, book through our website (, book now button on our page or direct message.

Payments are accepted via e-transfer, card on file or cash.

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to complete the booking, this must be paid. This deposit is used towards any treatment of your choice.


Appointment deposits can be made via email transfer to or credit card via Acuity Scheduling.

Remaining balance of invoice can be made : cash, e-transfer (+tax), credit card on file (+tax)

All product transactions can be made: cash (+tax), e-transfer (+tax)


Please be courteous and provide Skin Sanctuary MD with 24-48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will be more than happy to accommodate you for a future booking!


Clients who are late (15 mins +), miss an appointment or fail to give a 24-48 hour notice of cancellation, will be charged the $50 non-refundable deposit.


This policy ensures our schedule remains available for other clients. However, we do recognize and understand emergencies happen and if this is case exceptions will be made.
